Several dark dust structures named with the acronyms LDN and LBN (LBN 133 and 134, LDN 768, 769, 772, 773, 774, 775, 779) stand out on a carpet of stars assuming the shape of the "Monster" of Loch Ness." Furthermore, there are two beautiful reflection nebulae in the area. The gas and dust within these clouds can collapse under the influence of gravity, leading to the formation of new stars. Observations of these regions help astronomers better understand star formation processes and the evolution of molecular clouds.

Diverse strutture di polvere oscura, indicate con le sigle LDN e LBN (LBN 133 e 134, LDN 768, 769, 772, 773, 774, 775, 779), si stagliano su un tappeto di stelle assumendo la forma del "Mostro" di Loch Ness. Nell'area sono presenti inoltre due splendide nebulose a riflessione. Il gas e la polvere all'interno di queste nubi possono collassare sotto l'effetto della gravità, dando origine alla formazione di nuove stelle. Le osservazioni di queste regioni aiutano gli astronomi a comprendere meglio i processi di formazione stellare e l'evoluzione delle nubi molecolari.
